Key Requirements: Sales Experience: 5 years in sales, ideally within retail, e-mobility, or a related sector. Leadership Skills: 2 years of experience managing sales teams, with a proven track record of motivating teams to exceed targets. Passion for e-Mobility: A genuine enthusiasm for eBikes, sustainability, and the future of micromobility. Tech-Savvy: Experience with POS tools (Citrus Lime preferred) and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). Strategic Mindset: Ability to create and implement sales strategies that drive growth and profitability. Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building lasting relationships. Team Collaboration: A strong team player with mentoring and collaborative abilities. B2B and B2C Experience: Expertise in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales.
