Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at Bluecube Cloud Services in Lincoln, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, offering printer support, and assisting with help desk services.
Qualifications
* Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
* Experience with Desktop Computers and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* Printer Support skills
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are beneficial
* Knowledge of network technologies and systems administration is a plus
