Salary: Grade 11 and 12
£44,428 to £51,515 per annum (salary and grade subject to experience)
The Adolescent Safeguarding Service in Dudley has adopted the Hertfordshire Family Safeguarding Model. It is an integrated multi-disciplinary service that supports children from 13 to 17 years old.
We are co-located with police officers, nurses, youth workers, substance misuse workers, and voluntary organisations partners such as Benardo’s and Phase Trust. Integral to the service is the team that supports children who go missing from home. In addition, the service works closely with a range of external and integral partners such as the Youth Justice Service and Housing.
We are currently looking for an Advanced Social Work Practitioner to join our dynamic and ambitious team.
The successful candidate will display knowledge of extra-familial harm and a high level of determination to ensure young people are able to remain living within their family networks in order to achieve positive outcomes.
We are Restorative in our practice and we work with children and their families, co-producing the care plan that meets the needs of children who are at risk of child criminal and/or sexual exploitation. A key part of this role will be your ability to positively impact the lives of children and young people.

We are recruiting Qualified Social Workers with a minimum of 12 Months post-qualifying experience.
