Contract: 12-month FTC Recruitment Partner: Anastasia Walker About the role This role will be working as part of the broader Healthcare Development team, a customer-focused team that works to create a pipeline of future growth initiatives for the Healthcare Business Unit. Bringing our commercial experience, we anticipate the future needs of our patients & customers through being close to the latest innovations, macro trends, markets and competitors. This role will develop and deliver new strategic category opportunities for Health, Wellness and Pharmacy, working at pace to identify, scope and build new revenue driving opportunities. The post-holder will work for the Head of Development and have one direct report. A driving force of innovation, the post-holder will bring new ideas for development, prioritising those with the highest potential value and developing them in a way that allows for optimum profitability and scalability. This will include working closely with the commercial teams across the business, and our suppliers to understand trends and new opportunities The post-holder will bring an ability to excite and engage cross-functionally on new ideas to enable testing and learning at pace, whilst also building robust business cases that create new sustainable initiatives to drive incremental revenue generation for Boots.
