With 4 depots located in Carmarthen, Port Talbot, Milford Haven, and Cardiff, we have over 40 years of experience in the crane hire industry, specializing in Mobile, All Terrain, and Crawler Cranes.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager based across our 3 operational depots at Cardiff, Port Talbot & Carmarthen. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful operation of all depots, managing a team of Depot Managers, ensuring safety regulations, sales targets, cost saving and operational efficiencies are all met.Key ResponsibilitiesFull P&L Accountability for all DepotsBusiness Development - Generating New Sales / LeadsEnsuring all Depots meet Davies Crane Hire StandardsMaximising operational efficiencies.QualificationsCPCS A61 Appointed Person Experience in crane hire industryStrong leadership and management skillsKnowledge of safety regulations and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to problem-solve and make strategic decisionsOrganisational and time-management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteProficiency in AutoCADExperience with logistics and fleet managementSenior Management experience desirablePackageCompetitive Salary + CommissionCompany Vehicle & Fuel CardCompany Pension SchemeClosing Date 17th January 2025
