We are seeking a Principal / Associate Hydraulic Modeller to lead hydraulic modelling frameworks with a leading UK Water Company in Glasgow/Edinburgh.

Your purpose
* Lead Storm Overflows Discharge Reduction, flood alleviation, and environmental projects.
* Manage model development, maintenance, and verification.
* Develop wastewater catchment strategies and solutions.
* Ensure quality and standards compliance.
* Drive project delivery improvements.
* Support project management and tender development.
* Supervise and mentor staff.
* Contribute to technical innovation.
What you can bring
* Understanding of UK Water Industry and regulations.
* Proven project delivery experience.
* Expertise in InfoWorks ICM and ICM Exchange.
* Hydraulic modelling and catchment planning skills.
* Quality assurance and continuous improvement capabilities.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills.
* Knowledge of MS 365, PowerBI, SharePoint; experience with FME, Optimatics, Ruby is advantageous.
* Relevant degree or vocational qualification.
* Chartered status with ICE or CIWEM is advantageous.
