Purpose To support production operations by addressing electrical requirements, ensuring production deadlines are met efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities Collaborate across all production areas to ensure timely completion of tasks. Manufacture electrical harnesses, components, and control modules. Perform testing and inspection of electrical assemblies. Install electrical components into units. Apply expertise in the fitting of aircraft galleys. Interpret and work from engineering drawings and wiring diagrams. Achieve and maintain production targets. Ensure products are built to high-quality standards, ensuring a "right first time" approach. Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace. Identify and suggest improvements to production workflows. Escalate issues to line management when necessary. Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and storage areas to meet safety and quality standards. Knowledge, Education, and Skills Knowledge: Proven experience in a production environment. Electrical expertise (3–5 years in aerospace preferred). Proficiency in IT systems, with working knowledge of MRP systems. Education: Time-served apprenticeship with an electrical focus (preferred). Skills and Competencies: Strong ability to prioritize workloads effectively. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. High regard for Health & Safety practices. Open to feedback and dedicated to fostering a positive team environment.
