The Senior Change Manager will be responsible for supporting the adoption and embedding of the major change activities through the identification, planning and application of best practice change management. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption and usage and minimise resistance while retaining business performance.
Role Overview:
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
1. Change approach, planning and delivery for one to two projects at one time
2. Conducting change impact analyses and assessing change readiness
3. Gaining buy-in to all Change Management Activities by providing pro-active and transparent Stakeholder Management both across the project team/s and with impacted colleagues
4. Implementing the Currys Business Change methodology across the business (project by project) by using our standardised ‘best practice’ methods and tools
5. Creating and leading the Comms. & Engagement planning and execution for the project/s
6. Developing and owning project microsites (SharePoint)
7. Applying innovative, engaging and re-usable ways of articulating complex messages
8. Supporting the design and delivery of training programs, working closely with key stakeholders
9. Proactively leading and collaborating with project and programme sponsors and senior stakeholders within the business
10. Managing risks and overcoming issues that prevent the project/s from being successful
The chosen individual must have a passion for Retail and Technology and be experienced at leading change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
