This role focuses on managing a small caseload of global vacancies, working collaboratively with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process. The emphasis is on maintaining operational excellence in recruitment, and supporting leaders in hiring excellent candidates for a prestigious manufacturing organisation. Key Responsibilities • Vacancy Management : Handle end-to-end recruitment for a small portfolio of roles across global locations, ensuring timely and efficient processes. • Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and provide advice on best practices. • Application Management : Oversee the processing of applications, screening resumes, and shortlisting candidates in line with role specifications. • Interview Coordination : Organise and schedule interviews, liaising between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth experience. • Candidate Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process. • Compliance : Ensure recruitment activities align with legal and organisational requirements, including diversity and inclusion policies. • System Maintenance : Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all data is up-to-date. • Reporting : Provide regular updates to HR and management on the status of open vacancies and key recruitment metrics. About You To succeed in this role, you will need to come from a recruitment or HR background and capable of building trust with hiring managers and candidate alike.
