Demand Forecasting Managing Intake Produced and presented weekly trading analysis, identifying under and over performance at product level and proposing strategies for improved sell thru whilst considering relevant forward intake also. Produce sales, markdown and margin budgets for stores and E-commerce platforms, using sales history combined with strategic but measurable building blocks to define planned growth. Ensure that all promotional activity launched is the best commercial decision for the business, both within stock management, sales generation and net margin protection. Responsible for reviewing the WSSI each week, reforecasting OTB requirements and rephasing intake where required. Consider the impact of stock movements on business cash flow, smoothing intake to ensure that supplier payments can be facilitated on time whilst ensuring product launch dates are met. Managed the team in range building all product categories for all relevant retail channels, considering the critical path of each supply base to allow for on time product launches. Flagging any potential risks to budgeted sales and in turn proposing trading stance changes to minimize the risk of underdelivering.
