Summary

As a Customer Relationship Executive you will be building and maintaining relationships with our clients. You will be conducting business reviews to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services whilst alerting the sales team to further opportunities. Working to targets and KPIs will play an important part of the role. You will also work closely with account managers, ensuring we are providing the best service possible. What you’ll need:
1. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
2. Previous sales experience and an organised approach to work
3. Hardworking with a strong work ethic
4. Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
Desirable -
5. Previous experience working as a client relationship executive or a track record of managing client relationships
