Job Description/ Requirements Identify and reach out to potential buyers through L2 International’s CRM database Respond to new marketing enquiries in a timely and professional manner Conduct viewing appointments across London and elsewhere when required Drive and manage the sales process and negotiations with buyers Achieve monthly sales KPIs including sales and letting referrals Support L2 International launch events and exhibitions Grow our introducer and partner network Work collaboratively with the wider L2 team in Shanghai Beijing & Hong Kong, together with our lettings partners Learn about new projects and attend projects’ briefing Requirements Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English At least 12 months proven track record in London New Homes sales.
