Location: Hybrid, based at NEC
Salary: Up to £55,000 with car allowance

Role Overview:
As a Project Manager for Events & Exhibitions, you will manage your own shows and lead a small team, working closely with exhibitors to ensure seamless logistics solutions. This role requires strong leadership and organisational skills to deliver exceptional events at a global level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the planning and execution of events and exhibitions, ensuring all logistical aspects are streamlined.
* Lead and motivate a team, ensuring efficient performance and development.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet event requirements and targets.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and logistics standards.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the logistics or exhibitions industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
