Looking to recruit a Materials Administrator based in Portsmouth to join a leading Maintenance Contractor and join their well established Assets repairs contract
responsibilities:
1. You'll process subcontractor, plant and material orders.
2. schedule the delivery drivers' time and activities in the most efficient and effective way
3. manage the day's deliveries and collections of material orders
4. Assist with administrative asset compliance ensuring registers are logged
5. Keep various tracking systems up to date and regularly liaise with managers and supply chain
requirements:
6. Previous experience of an administrative role is essential, ideally in materials or supply chain management
7. You will need to be highly organised
8. competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and have a strong customer focus.
