Finance Manager Emtec Climate Solutions Ltd Reporting to: Managing Director Full time 37.5 hours Salary: 50k – 70k depending on experience Role Purpose: Emtec Climate Solutions have over 25 years’ experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration and building controls, and are now seeking a skilled finance manager to lead them through their exciting growth plans. You will be working alongside the leadership team, responsible for managing end to end financial operations, financial planning and analysis and producing commercial insight to evaluate ongoing and new business initiatives. Duties: · Present financial and business insights to the leadership team · Build and maintain financial framework and models for new business ideas · Create financial forecasts and budgets to support business growth. · Maintain accurate balance sheets, P&L and cashflows in line with accounting principles. · Deliver key reporting in a timely manner to measure key KPI’s across the business. · Manage cashflow and working capital, continuously looking at ways to improve key financial ratios. · Work alongside the sales team to embed controls that improve customer delivery but also maintain financial integrity. · Oversee key controls and financial framework, business partnering with other key stakeholders to embed effectively. · Continuously improve ways of working identifying opportunities and mitigate risk. · Work strategically with other finance teams (outsourced or in house) Person specification · Strong excel and modelling skills. · Experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) · Experience of running a month end and presenting to a leadership team. · Self-motivator, with experience of creating process improvements. · Experience of managing and leading teams, with ability to cascade work to others effectively Essential Skills/Requirements · Fully qualified ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) · At least 3 years post qualification experience · Experience in leading teams, ability to manage others. · Experience in delivering strategic initiatives. · Office based and open to commuting in the UK Full package to be provided upon application
