About the Role:We are seeking askilled and passionate Chefto join our clients team on the breathtakingSummer Isles. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experiencedSous Cheflooking to step up or an established Chef ready for a fresh challenge in a stunning coastal location.
Key Responsibilities:Overseedaily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.Plan and prepareseasonal menususing fresh, locally sourced ingredients.Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to maintain efficiency.Ensure compliance withfood hygiene and safety regulationsat all times.Work collaboratively with management to deliver an exceptional dining experience.Maintain stock levels, manage suppliers, and oversee kitchen budgeting.Requirements:Minimum2 years experience as a Sous Chefor in a similar role.A passion forhigh-quality, fresh, and locally sourced ingredients .Strongleadership and organisational skills .Ability to work well under pressure in afast-paced kitchen environment .A team player with excellent communication skills.This is an incredible opportunity tolive and work in one of Scotlands most beautiful locations, with accommodation provided.
