We are looking for a Lettings Manager to join our vibrant community at Lord Wandsworth College and St Neot's Prep School.
The Lettings Manager will manage, maintain and develop the year-round non-residential external lettings at Lord Wandsworth College and St Neot’s Prep School.
The role will involve dealing with all non-residential hirers, including existing customers and new enquiries. This involves meeting customers, conducting facility show-rounds, negotiating prices and ensuring that, for each customer, the rules of hire are fully explained, and their requirements are arranged.
The role involves administration, including raising contracts and invoices, ensuring that bookings do not conflict with school activities, keeping booking systems up-to-date, and ensuring that all compliance requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, efficient, proactive, and have excellent administrative skills with a good attention to detail. Above all, they will have a hands-on, can-do attitude, and be a good communicator with both colleagues and customers. They will have good IT skills and commercial acumen, and relevant administration experience.
Contract: Part time, permanent, 52 weeks a year, 28 hours per week, occasional weekend and evening hours.
