Part-Time Property Accounts Assistant
Your new companyA well known property management business in Bath are looking to appoint a Part-Time Account Assistant to join their growing team.
Your new role
* Processing tenancy change forms (Rent reviews, new agreements etc).
* Running monthly rental demand routines, posting and emailing tenant invoices and raising additional charges to tenants
* Processing tenant receipts - ensuring they are accurately allocated to the correct account
* Producing monthly bank reconciliations
* Check housing benefit receipts against rent due
* Producing, checking and sending out tenant statements
What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role. Additionally, you will have:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to build relationships with key stakeholders across the wider business
* Able to manage your own workload
* Comfortable performing financial calculations such as rent refunds
* Ideally AAT qualified or working towards this
* Experience within a property management environment would be advantageous
