Job Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility is to accurately estimate and control the costs associated with a project from inception to completion. You collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to gather and analyse project specifications, plans, and drawings. Additionally, you play a crucial role in procurement activities, evaluating bids and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Requirements
1. Degree-qualified (not essential depending on experience).
2. Must drive and be within a commutable distance of Surrey.
3. Groundwork experience working for large contractors.
