Main duties of the job We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon, who is committed to excellence in Clinical breast surgery to join our dynamic team. The Breast Service at Southampton provides local services for the people of Southampton and much of Hampshire receiving over 6000 new symptomatic referrals and treating over 600 breast cancers last year. The Unit is managed through the Women and New-born Health Division of the trust. The successful candidate will join an existing team of 8 breast surgeons (one academic), 9 breast care nurses, 1 advanced nurse practitioners, 8 breast radiologists 6 breast histopathologists and 9 breast oncologists.
