The Role
We are looking for a talented and creative Paid Media Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing paid advertisements for Smile Group Giveaway and AgencyGMR working under our Marketing Manager. We are looking for someone with a passion for analytics and paid social with some experience working in ecommerce companies in the past. The ability to manipulate data in order to establish best practice paid media performance is a massive necessity. We’re also looking for someone independent, flexible and ambitious. We want someone that’s excited to get the ideas flowing and happy to work independently if they need to, along with that ability to flex between tasks at a fast pace. Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Marketing Manager plan, manage and optimise Paid Social and PPC Campaigns across various platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok and Bing.
* Assist the Marketing Manager develop and execute Paid Media strategies tailored to the companies audience and brand objectives.
* Analyse campaign data, performance metrics and provide key insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Assist the marketing manager manage budgets effectively to drive New Customer Acquisition at a sustainable MER.
* Collaboration with the wider marketing team to ensure that branding and messaging across channels is consistent.
* Work with a variety of agency partners on Paid Media campaigns with an aim to optimise and report on performance.
What we are looking for
* 1+ years of experience in a paid media role.
* Proficiency with all ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok…).
* Familiarity with campaign tracking and analytics tools.
* Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across cross-functional teams.
* A growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risks.
* Engagement with the latest trends in marketing technology.
