Role Description We see this role as critical to our plans for 2025. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated Receptionist / Compliance Coordinator to work alongside our Compliance Manager and wider team. A common-sense, thinking outside the box mentality is crucial for us as we develop through the next stage of growth. Responsibilities Answering and filtering all incoming calls. Greeting and signing in/out all visitors. Filing of relevant paperwork to online systems. Raising and processing stock orders. Liaising and maintaining Supplier Approval List. Compliance support as required i.e. site audits, reviewing and amending training and assessment processes to ensure they meet ISO and associated standards, updating and renewing info on online H&S portals (CHAS, UVDB etc). Fleet admin support as required i.e. driving licence checks. All other adhoc duties. Skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. High level of IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft software. Ability to prioritise own work and to work accurately under pressure to meet conflicting deadlines. Hours of Work: Full time, Monday to Friday (40hrs per week) Salary: £25,500.00 per annum The successful candidate would be subject to a 3-month probationary period.
