My client is a global organisation based in Oxford. This is a newly created opportunity as Senior HR Business Partner.
You will report into the HR Director and be responsible for managing the day-to-day of the HR function. This role is 5 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the UK HR team (3 direct reports plus off-shore contact centre).
* Work closely with the HR Director to drive HR strategy.
* Lead complex employee relations cases and change management projects (TUPE experience would be beneficial).
* Support talent acquisition & workforce planning to attract top talent.
* Drive employee engagement, DEI, and wellbeing initiatives
* Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance with employment laws.
Role profile:
* CIPD qualified (desired but not a pre-requisite)
* Experience in leading a team at either a Business Partner or Manager level.
* Multi-site exposure, ideally from a global, matrixed environment.
* Good working knowledge of UK employment law.
* Able to prioritise work and maintain a high level of organisation.
* Demonstrable knowledge of managing complex employee relations matters.
* Experience working for an acquisitive business and of TUPE processes.
