IT Programme Manager – London – £70,000 - £90,000 – 6 Month FTC VIQU are working with a leading transportation company who are seeking an IT Programme Manager to join on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. The main responsibilities for this role would be to ensure the mobilisation/transfer of the operating systems and applications from an external company, as well as several other smaller programmes (network update, data centre set up, device refresh). The ideal candidate would have previously managed a TUPE/ Acquisition process where the IT systems “novates” across to a separate company. This role is based in Central London, with an onsite requirement of three/four days a week. Key Responsibilities of the Programme Manager: - Develop a strategic roadmap for the integration of IT systems/applications. - Manage multiple work streams simultaneously. - Manage budgets, timelines, risks and resource allocation for multiple IT programs. - Work with internal and external parties. Experience Required of the IT Programme Manager: - 3 years of experience working as an IT programme manager. - Previously delivered IT mobilisation programmes as well as network refreshes and device roll outs. - Experience negotiating contracts and working with external suppliers. - Experience managing a minimum of three IT programmes at once. - Ideally experience within the transportation industry.
