IFA/Financial Advisers Client Services Manager

The role
Due to a promotion within our team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction. This is a key role at Kingsland Wealth Management and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any requests
2. Prepare client packs for the advisers' annual planning meeting, new client meeting, or implementation meeting
3. Processing of new business
4. Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on progress
5. Answer calls and deal with clients and third-party queries
6. Manage task lists and prioritise workload within deadlines
7. Regularly communicate and update clients
8. Schedule and manage adviser diaries for client meetings and ensure the relevant paperwork is prepared
9. Update the CRM system (Intelliflo)
10. Ensure that business is conducted in a responsible, compliant, and timely manner, meeting all internal and external legislative requirements
Essential criteria
1. Experience working in financial services
2. Use of Microsoft Office
3. Ability to work well under pressure
4. Ability to prioritise and organise
5. Working knowledge of investment platforms
6. Excellent attention to detail
7. Ability to build strong relationships with clients

Remuneration and Benefits
* 20 days holiday plus birthday day off and Christmas/New Year closure
