Logical are working with a well-established fire protection company who have recently opened a fire door sector of the business and are looking for an ops manager to help grow the business into a success.
Our client has done the groundwork to make the business a success and already have an exciting pipeline of fire door work. As the business is still fairly new, they are looking for someone who is comfortable with doing a variety of job roles including:
1. Winning work
2. Putting forward quotes and tenders
3. Estimating
4. Liaising with the client from the start to the final handover
5. Managing the project
6. Resourcing operatives
Must have:
1. 3+ years’ experience as a Contracts manager/ops manager - ideally for a fire door company
2. Experience setting up a new division
3. Fire door knowledge
4. BM Trada/FIRAS knowledge
5. NVQ level 6
6. Full driving licence
7. Own car – Travel can be nationwide
8. Two references from fire door companies
Salary: £60k-£65k
