About the Role We are recruiting Support Workers and Senior Support Workers on behalf of our client, a well-respected provider of residential care and education for young people aged 11-17. Located in a beautiful, tranquil setting in the Peak District, our client offers "Good" and "Outstanding" rated homes that provide a nurturing environment for young people with complex emotional and social needs. Build trusting relationships with young people while maintaining appropriate boundaries. Collaborate with families, carers, and professionals to advocate for and promote each young persons welfare. Work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and sleep-ins. Promote an inclusive culture that values each team member and ensures the highest level of confidentiality. What We are Looking For Experience : Prior experience in children's residential care or a related field is beneficial. Qualification : Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is required for senior roles. Commitment : Ability to work full-time (40 hrs/week), flexibility to complete sleep in shifts Driving : Manual driving license required.
