Page Group are working exclusively with a growing business in the Media & Marketing space who support clients across the UK. The role of Head of Client Operations will be the link between the clients and operations, and will ensure client support in provided at all times, providing a world class service
Job Description
* Process Improvement - Undertake a thorough and in-depth review of existing process with a view to drive continuous and process improvement through gap analysis and process mapping. Create a standardised and consistent approach across the wider group, communicating changes effectively with key stakeholders
* Relationship Management - Forge and build Strong working relationships with B2B clients across the UK through regular meeting and communication, driving client growth, client retention and satisfaction where possible
* Customer Onbaording - On board new clients and campaigns effectively through clear and transparent communications
* Data Anayltics - Provide analytic insight to clients around performance, using all MI and data streams available, constantly creating, reviewing and presenting new data on varying areas.
* People Management - Direct management of the client services team, who provide regular support and insight to clients on a daily basis. Create a culture of world class service across the department
* Stakeholder Managemen t - Work closely with leadership across all other business areas to drive positive change and growth, that supports both client and business objectives
* Client Support - Drive commercial and upsell targets to support both business and client growth
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in a similar role
* Experience in a client facing / client management role
* Strong commercial acumen
* Excellent process improvement background
* Extensive stakeholder engagement
* Ability to drive commercial growth and performance
What's on Offer
The role offers a salary of £60,000 - £65,000 plus 15% bonus
Based in Chester, the role will be fully on site
