Job Description
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Performing general office duties such as ordering stock and filing documents correctly
* Hosting guests, meeting and greeting visitors in the office
* Providing support for projects and events
* Coordinating training materials and organizing venues
* Typing, proofreading, and collating documents
* Formatting documents and preparing PowerPoint presentations
* Managing travel and accommodation bookings
* Attending meetings and taking minutes
