Job Description
* Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department
* Assist with the preparation of financial reports
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Support the annual audit process
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
* Participate in special projects as required
* Assist with ad hoc financial tasks as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
* A strong desire to learn and develop within the Business Services industry
