Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE
Hours: 37 hours per week | between 06:30 and 16:00 Monday to Thursday

Role Overview: As a Production Manager, you'll lead and supervise our manufacturing team to achieve production, quality, and health & safety targets. You will be responsible for creating and monitoring production plans, optimising resources, and ensuring high levels of productivity and morale. Your role will also involve continuous improvement initiatives, quality assurance, and compliance with ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and monitor daily/weekly production plans.
* Optimise resource allocation and manage recruitment in line with output forecasts.
* Ensure delivery, cost, and quality targets are met.
* Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs and waste while maintaining quality.
* Promote health, safety, and environmental awareness within the team.
* Conduct risk assessments and accident investigations.
* Oversee training and development of team members to meet company standards.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in single line manufacturing and production management.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 standards.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the UK.
