Role: Product Manager – Basket and Checkout
As Product Manager, you will join a well-established and much loved consumer brand to own the product roadmap for a new digital basket, wallet, and payment gateway.
You’ll be part of the Digital Product Team and play a meaningful and important role in their digital transformation, working across a platform migration and various integrations within their payment gateway.
1. Defining and managing the product roadmap for payment journeys, ensuring customer needs and business goals are aligned.
2. Optimising customer experience at every part of the journey, with an aim to improve conversion.
3. Work with a variety of stakeholders to develop, regulate, and implement payment and fraud prevention strategies.
4. Work cross-functionally to help drive adoption of new ideas, technologies, and concepts across the business.
5. A champion for a user-centric, data-driven approach to manage discovery, backlog, and roadmap, setting both short and long-term priorities.
6. Staying ahead of industry and market trends and using insights to help shape the product roadmap.
You should apply if..
1. You have retail/e-commerce experience working in a fast-paced, e-commerce environment.
2. You have experience in platform roles and platform migration, working on B2C digital products.
3. You have excellent knowledge of payment gateway integrations.
4. You have familiarity with fraud detection tools and payment providers.
5. You have enough technical knowledge to discuss technology with engineers.
6. You have extensive experience leveraging data and analytics to help make informed decisions.
