Admin Support & Marketing Manager
Location: Harrogate, HG1 1UE
Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Hours: 24 hours per week - In the office. 9am to 3.30pm with 30mins break.
Pay Rate: £13.62 per hour/£16,998 PA

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly organised and methodical professional to support our Talent Acquisition Manager and Delivery Consultant.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar field, but a strong administrative background is also valued.
You must have a strong understanding of (or the ability to quickly learn about) Tech/Automation software, aka you are tech-savvy.
Key Responsibilities
Admin / Office Support / Marketing
* Reviewing applications against set criteria and booking candidates with the Talent Acquisition Consultant.
* Formatting CVs and candidate profiles for client submissions.
* Submitting formatted CVs/profiles to live vacancies via our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
* Matching candidates to live jobs using ATS criteria.
* Posting job adverts across relevant platforms.
* Setting up and managing candidate email campaigns and outreach touchpoints.
* Searching for live job leads from potential clients using specific software.
* Setting up and managing client outreach campaigns.
* Responding to incoming communications from clients and candidates using structured response sheets.
* Monitoring shared inboxes and LinkedIn accounts to ensure timely responses.
* Performing CRM data cleaning and input tasks to maintain accurate records.
* Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
* Occasionally setting up automated workflows/campaigns using tools like Slack, Dripify, and email campaign software.
* Assisting in building step-by-step tutorials for VA onboarding to streamline training and operational efficiency.
* Monitoring and setting up systems like Clay
Note: Protected hours are given to enable you to learn about programmes/software you are not familiar with.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in a recruitment or HR business (preferred but not essential).
Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
An understanding of Slack, Dripify, CRMs, or a willingness to learn and implement automation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
