Founded in 2018, the business continues to grow and evolve under new leadership with portfolio of over 45,000 songs and recordings, from more than 145 catalogues, including many of the most successful and culturally important songs of all time. They have a current headcount of 40 people and their London office is based in Notting Hill. The Role We're currently looking for an Office Manager to join their dynamic team and support the smooth running of their fast-paced business environment. This is an incredibly diverse role and you’ll be responsible for all front of house activity along with general office and HR administration. It’s an ideal opportunity for an experienced in administrator who brings passion, energy and a pragmatic approach. We are looking for someone to be in the office 4-days per week (Mon-Thu). Responsibilities: Front of house office management covering; main reception, greeting visitors & clients, office car-park co-ordination and filtering inbound calls. First point of call for all general queries. Ensure the office is kept tidy. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees. Collection and distribution of all post and deliveries Support HR and production teams with ad hoc team and talent support requests. Assist the booking of team travel arrangements. Maintenance and upkeep of the internal and external office structure, such as office furniture, electrical appliances, ensuring that all of these are in working order. Liaise with vendors, service providers and building management. Support the company in the office compliance with H&S and fire regulations. Maintain drinks, food, and office stationery inventory. Liaising with all suppliers (e.g., cleaners, maintenance, building, etc) Organise meetings, conference calls, gatherings, events & parties. Key Requirements: Ability to work effectively and respond well under pressure Strong attention to detail Ability to use initiative and apply sound decision-making skills whilst understanding that some matters need to be referred to other Flexible, co-operative and supportive team player Computer literate with experience of MS Office, O365 and MS Teams/Zoom or similar Extensive administration and support experience Strong work ethic and can-do attitude Highly desirable – experience working within a creative, digital environment.
