In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver innovative leadership development programs and learning experiences. You will focus on creating engaging, bite-sized learning modules, video content, and multimedia resources to support leadership growth and capability-building across the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an instructional designer who is passionate about leadership development and skilled in creating engaging, interactive content using modern learning tools such as microlearning, video-based learning, and popular authoring tools. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create learning experiences that are impactful, efficient, and accessible. Responsibilities: Instructional Design & Content Development: Design and develop innovative, engaging leadership development programs using a variety of delivery methods including microlearning, video-based learning, e-learning modules, instructor-led training, virtual learning, and blended learning. Create multimedia-rich learning materials, including short, impactful video content, eLearning modules, leader guides, storyboards, PowerPoint presentations, and other training collateral. Integrate microlearning techniques to deliver concise, focused learning modules that allow learners to easily digest leadership concepts in short, manageable sessions. Work collaboratively with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and your team to create dynamic learning experiences that challenge and engage learners at all levels of leadership. Use popular authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, or other authorizing tools to develop eLearning courses, video content, and interactive learning materials. Project Management: Lead the development and delivery of multiple, complex training projects simultaneously, ensuring programs are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and milestones, ensuring smooth delivery of leadership development content and materials. Oversee the implementation of learning initiatives, including user acceptance testing, train-the-trainer programs, and socialization of new learning content. Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and clients to gather feedback and ensure alignment of leadership training programs with organizational goals. Work closely with business leaders to ensure training solutions meet both current leadership needs and long-term organizational objectives. Program Evaluation & Improvement: Design and implement follow-up assessments to measure the effectiveness and impact of leadership training programs, utilizing participant feedback, performance data, and other relevant metrics. Use feedback and evaluation results to continuously improve and refine training programs, materials, and delivery methods. Stay updated on the latest learning trends and technologies to continuously integrate best practices in microlearning, video content, and leadership development into training materials. Facilitation Guide & Material Support: Develop facilitator guides and support materials to ensure consistent and effective delivery of leadership programs. Provide assistance in producing live virtual leadership development sessions to ensure learning objectives are met and content is engaging. Requirements: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in instructional design, with at least 2 years specifically focused on leadership development and the creation of multimedia-based content. Experience in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field (Bachelors degree preferred). Experience with a variety of learning technologies and platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) e.g. Docebo, video creation tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro), and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Vyond, Camtasia, etc.). Skills: Proven experience designing engaging and effective microlearning and video-based learning experiences for adult learners. Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and the ability to select the right delivery format (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, blended) to meet learner needs. Demonstrates hands-on expertise with eLearning tools, LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo), and documentation software. Expertise in using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Vyond, and Camtasia to create interactive eLearning modules, video content, and multimedia resources. Ability to create high-quality video content and multimedia assets that enhance learning experiences and drive engagement. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement learning solutions that align with leadership development goals.
