We've got a fantastic new role to share with you. We
are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated CRM Executive to
join the team.
This role is based in our London support centre, which means
that you need to be able to work (2 days a week) in central London.
Working 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with a starting salary of circa.
£35k (subject to experience)
The main purpose of the role is to:
Support our customer data platforms (CDP) and collaborate
closely with the groups CRM Manager.
You will play a pivotal part in refining personalised guest
communications and implementing automated customer journeys to elevate the
effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns for new and returning guests.
Specific duties would include:
Working in collaboration with the CRM Manager you would be expected to:
* Leverage the guest data within our CDP
(Bloomreach) to develop and execute personalised and timely communication
strategies that resonate with each brand's target audience.
* Focus on improving guest advocacy, frequency, referrals and personalisation by
customer’s preference, lifestyle or transactional history.
* Improve our customer data to offer better, more-targeted guest messaging.
* Use customer data, reports and insights to create tailored messaging across
various channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, web layers and
paid media, ensuring a consistent brand voice and style.
* Research
into emerging digital and industry trends to create engaging and relevant
content that aligns with the brand's values, promotions, and special
offers.
* Leverage AI tools and applications such as Canva to create content support brand campaigns.
* Work
closely with Group Head of Digital to design and
implement automated customer journeys that enhance the guest experience
throughout their lifecycle*
* Providing
insights (supporting reporting function from the CRM team to the wider
business) to the CRM Manager and Group Head of Digital to guide strategic
decisions related to guest engagement and digital marketing efforts.
* Work
closely with our technical teams and 3rd parties to ensure data accuracy
and the continuous improvement of quality.
* Implement
multivariate testing framework and provide actionable insight to
continually optimise performance.
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Minimum
12 months experience as a CRM Executive or similar role. With a
focus on customer journey automation and CDP daily support and activation.
* Experience
in CRM, digital marketing, or closely related roles within high volume
transactional customer focused industries.
* Proficient
in working with Customer data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing automations
platforms (experience of using Bloomreach would be a big plus).
* Strong
analytical skills and ability to interpret data and generate actionable
insights.
* Good
experience of working with project workstreams with the ability to
priorities and handle multiple project tasks and responsibilities
simultaneously.
* Active
involvement in supporting various areas of the Central Digital Group, with
opportunities to develop and enhance skills in web, website, app, and
other online platforms.
