Strategic Partnerships Manager Salary: £45-50k Bonus excellent benefits We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and strategic Channel Partnerships Manager to join our successful and growing Sales Team. Reporting to the Enterprise Solutions Director, this role is perfect for someone who can find the balance between strategic thinking, and getting things done. The successful candidate will identify and develop viable channel partnerships that bring value to both our channel partners and the end users that we reach through them. They will also be responsible for effectively taking relevant LDN products to market through these partnerships. Responsibilities include: Identify and ultimately secure potential channel partnerships with organisations and groups of organisations who stand to benefit from alignment with one or more of LDN’s apprenticeship programmes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure mutual value and success. Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and priorities, and align our products to address their strategic challenges. Drive the implementation, delivery and success of LDN products through established partnerships. Ensure effective communication and coordination with partners to maintain their relationships with their members / customers / suppliers. Monitor and report on the performance of channel partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and growth. Oversee recruitment (where applicable), onboarding, and management processes for learners secured through channel partnerships. Collect and analyse data on apprenticeship performance within channel partner networks. Create reports and presentations that showcase programme impact and develop compelling narratives and visual materials that demonstrate value to channel partners. Actively contribute to the creation of marketing content. Represent LDN at relevant forums, industry events, and conferences. For this role you must have Previous experience in business development, account management or client success roles within apprenticeships. Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and manage partnerships, ideally across a range of industries. Demonstrated ability to deliver results with energy, vigour and professionalism Strong skills in gathering, analysing, and presenting data to demonstrate programme impact, using insights to reinforce the value of LDN’s offerings to stakeholders. Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance processes relevant to the apprenticeship sector. A proven track-record as a team player, but with the right skills and energy to work independently when necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, persuasive presentations and materials to partner audiences at various levels. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, projects, and deadlines independently. Demonstrates commitment to our values and expected behaviours.
