* Managing contracts from initiation to completion, including negotiation, compliance, and closeout.
* Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
* Monitoring budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
* Risk assessment and resolution of contract issues.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Reporting on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
About the Candidate
* Solid knowledge of construction or civil engineering practices and contracts.
* Ability to lead project teams and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and managing project costs.
* Skilled in identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
