Our global iGaming client has a multi-million-pound search budget focused on the UK, Spain, Canada, and LATAM with plans to enter many new markets in 2025.
As they continue to expand, they're looking for a Product Marketing Executive (Bingo & Gamification) to support their brands growth across key markets, including the UK, Canada, Spain, Brazil, and Mexico.
The Role of Product Marketing Executive
The Product Marketing Executive is primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, promotions, and marketing of the online bingo product. This role involves optimizing player engagement, executing promotional campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the online bingo industry, player behaviour, and marketing strategies. Additionally, this role will support the Product Marketing Managers in the creation and execution of product marketing and gamification campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Bingo
Manage and update bingo-related content on the website and mobile platforms.
Bingo Schedule management Create games and implement and optimise bingo schedules ensuring a balanced and engaging bingo experience.
Bingo CRM cycle management (min 2 bespoke bingo offer and info mailers per month)
Create bingo pop-ups, manage in-client banners creation and implementation
Free ticket management
Monitor the performance of bingo rooms, promotions, and new product features.
Work closely with CRM and marketing teams to enhance player engagement.
Ensure all bingo promotions align with regulatory and compliance standards.
Gamification
Support with Free to Play game set ups, segmentation and maintenance of the campaigns
Support game testing
Marketing Campaign coordination
Assist the Product marketing managers with campaign coordination, briefs, compliance approvals
Promotions execution ensuring all terms and conditions, promotional information, copy, designs are created and delivered.
Reporting
Perform any high-level analysis as requested by the Product Managers
Weekly & monthly reporting of promotions and agreed KPIs
General
Web site monitoring monitor all sites to ensure content is up-to-date, accurate and in line with all branding and RG guidelines
Competitor Analysis: Regularly review the competitors in the marketplace and report on the state of the market and compare the bingo KPI performance against others. Also make recommendations following this research to enhance the company product and promotional offering to improve the financial performance of the business and market share.
Work with Social Media manager to deliver campaigns and update social media channels
Work with the Marcomms team to plan, deliver and evaluate promotional activity.

Experience
Essential
Proven experience in online bingo, iGaming, or a similar role within the online gambling industry.
Background in Gaming Operations, Promotions, or Marketing.
Hands-on experience managing promotional campaigns, with the ability to demonstrate successful collaboration across multiple teams (Design, Copy, CRM, Compliance, Marketing, and Brand).
Preferred
2-3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry
Experience with the industry leading bingo software platform
Strong understanding of bingo game mechanics, platforms, player psychology, and industry trends.
Experience in Online Bingo-Specific promotions and marketing
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in key iGaming markets (UKGC, etc.)
