Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver reward strategies that drive employee engagement and business performance.
2. Lead annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and benefits enhancements in line with market trends.
3. Oversee the company’s pension, healthcare, and wellbeing offerings, ensuring competitiveness.
4. Provide expert guidance on benchmarking, job evaluations, and market insights to shape future initiatives.
5. Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure reward and benefits align with business goals.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices in reward and benefits.
