We are recruiting on behalf of a newly established secondary school in South Bristol for a Vice Principal (Behaviour and Attitudes). This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a thriving school community from the ground up.

* Develop and implement a strategic vision for behaviour and attitudes across the academy.
* Lead and support a skilled pastoral team to ensure a positive and respectful culture.
* Use data-driven insights to inform behaviour management policies and interventions.
* Build strong relationships with students, families, and the wider community to foster engagement and success.
* Work alongside senior colleagues to create a school where students are resilient, ambitious, and well-supported.

* A passionate and driven leader with experience in behaviour and pastoral leadership.
* Strong ability to motivate and inspire students and staff alike.
* A strategic thinker, capable of driving continuous improvement in behaviour and attitudes.
* Open to both first-time Vice Principals and experienced leaders looking for a new challenge.
