£50,000 + 6k car allowance and bonus
Our client is a market and category leading B2B furnishings business with an impressive history of growth delivered through a commitment to innovation and investing in brands. They are looking to further accelerate their data performance by bringing on board an experienced Data and Insights Manager.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in the development and delivery of a major CRM transformation project and a general overall of how Data is accessed and used within the group.
The successful candidate will be the no 2 hire for the team and ultimately be responsible for delivering data insights for the marketing function whilst taking part in major transformation projects. Day to day you’ll be leading on insight generation & reporting, engaging with the wider business and providing actionable insights to the marketing team.
In this new and expansive role, your responsibilities will include:
• Analysing customer, consumer, market and industry data to generate actionable insights
• Conducting trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends
• Collaborating with key stakeholders within the business across marketing, product and sales seeing through data projects from start to finish
• Developing and improving the data, dashboards and reports, getting your ideas implemented
• Contributing to the overall data and insights strategy allowing the business to leverage and harness their data.
The ideal candidate will want to carve out a role in a small data team with huge potential and one that is receiving significant investment and attention from the wider business.
This would suit a data and insights manager from a retail or FMCG background who really understands the impact a good data strategy can have.
