Conduct regular internal audits with the Pharmacy Quality and Projects Manager to identify and address any issues in the aseptic preparation process. Support the Development and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Aseptic team. Manage staffing schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency. Liaise with external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary materials and resources Stay up-to-date with advancements in aseptic technology and best practices, incorporating them into the unit's operations.
