Retail Sales Merchandiser - Scotland Are you a dynamic individual who can represent Crown Paints and foster relationships with key accounts across Scotland? At Crown Paints, we are looking for a Retail Sales Merchandiser to maximise the sales performance of our brands by effective merchandising and maintaining optimum store standards across our key accounts. What do you want to contribute to and be involved in? Responsible for a field area of approximately 95 stores Merchandise and maintain store fixtures Optimise brand sales opportunities with the Retail multiple accounts Implement all ranges reviews and promotional activity on time and with relevant POS. Implement and be part of project activity such as refit/ new/ conversion stores Build brand awareness via instore training, demonstrations to promote sales. Gather and communicate market/competitor intelligence and data to assist the sales and marketing teams Deliver high standards of service to fulfil external service contracts. What are we looking for? The ability to develop positive relationships within stores to facilitate brand representation We are looking for someone who can develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key contacts within the accounts Someone who can foster a culture of customer focus and improvement in service levels Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage ones work load, prioritizing effectively Microsoft Office platforms and applications skills, including : Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential for this role Experience within retail/merchandising in a store environment would be ideal Driving license and some weekend work Do you want to be part of a team where collaboration drives success?
