The Role
As Headteacher, you will be responsible for:
1. Providing strategic leadership and vision to ensure the continued success of the school.
2. Maintaining and enhancing our high standards of teaching, learning, and student well-being.
3. Leading and developing a committed team of staff to deliver an inclusive and engaging curriculum.
4. Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and striving for excellence in all areas.
5. Managing school operations, including budget and resources, to secure long-term sustainability.
6. Working collaboratively with external agencies, parents, and the wider community.
What We're Looking For
1. Proven leadership experience in a school, ideally in a specialist or SEN setting.
2. A passion for improving educational outcomes for children with diverse learning needs.
3. Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements and experience in school improvement.
4. Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
5. A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving school culture.
6. Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., QTS, NPQH desirable).
