Job Title: Management Consultant
Salary Range: £55,000 - £78,000
Location: London (Hybrid Working)

The Management Consultant will play a key role in driving our client's success, working across a range of sectors to deliver premium consulting services. The Management Consultant will:
* Lead and manage consulting engagements to deliver outstanding client results.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
* Support and mentor junior consultants, fostering their professional development.
* Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on data-driven analysis.
* Build strong client relationships, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships.
Essential Skills:
* Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience, with a broad understanding of management, change, and technology consulting.
* Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
* Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and within teams, demonstrating a client-centric approach.
* Comfortable working in a fast-growing, innovative environment, eager to take on new challenges.
