Inclusion and Wellbeing Partner Fixed Term Contract – up to 12 months
What you will be doing:
This is an exciting role to cover a period of maternity leave, focusing on and delivering activity across diversity, equity and inclusion, wellbeing and employee engagement.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Responsibility for DE&I activity across our employee experience to engender a sense of belonging. This means working with our Employee Resource Groups, chairing our DE&I committee, organising engagement and awareness activities and implementing our DE&I action plans for 2025.
2. Act as the wellbeing ambassador for IOPP, developing and delivering our wellbeing action plan ensuring that colleagues participate in our offerings and that all wellbeing content is clear, easy to find and engaging.
3. Support our Mental Health First Aid Peer Support Group in their activities.
4. Input to various employee experience initiatives, including managing the employee engagement survey process from end to end, working closely with our third-party supplier on pulse, annual, onboarding and exit NPS surveys.
5. Collaborate with the wider HR team to embed DE&I into all aspects of the people strategy, including but not limited to Recruitment, EVP, HR operations, learning and development, reward and benefits, internal communications and reporting and metrics.
For this you’ll need:
1. Ideally CIPD qualification or similar, or equivalent work experience.
2. MHFA qualification and a deep understanding of wellbeing at work.
3. Experience of managing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
4. Experience of workshop facilitation and delivering presentations.
5. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and activities at once, juggling priorities.
7. A team-focused, collaborative approach.
