We are pleased to introduce the new role of Senior Wellbeing Practitioner within our Mental Health Support Teams in West London CAMHS. The role offers the opportunity for qualified Senior Wellbeing Practitioners experienced in providing supervision to Educational Mental Health Practitioners, or Child Wellbeing Practitioners and experience of working in schools to take a more senior role within the team.
The successful candidates will be providing clinical and skills-based supervision to trainee and more junior practitioners, with the support of a Team Lead. Alongside this, you would be working as a senior practitioner delivering evidence-based interventions to children, young people and families/carers within schools. The role will also include supporting Team Leads and managers with aspects of service development and operational functioning of the team.
We invite applications from qualified Senior Wellbeing Practitioners to join our team with experience working within schools who are interested to develop their supervision skills and utilise these in supporting trainees and more junior members of staff. We are looking for people who have good skills in team working, and who value working with a diverse staff group.
