We are excited to welcome an Enterprise Service Management Software Administrator to provide technical expertise for our newly implemented ESM (Hornbill) across services within Change Grow Live, ensuring that is effectively maintained, managed and developed. You will be working out of your preferred choice between Brighton, Leeds or London bases. Where: Brighton / Leeds / London Hours: Fulltime, 37.5 per week Salary : £32,002.35 - £36,183.91 dependent on experience (Based on fulltime hours, pro rata for part time). Key Activities: Maintenance of the existing automation and workflows for the corporate spaces e.g., IT and HR. Facilitation of scoping, requirements gathering and development of new automations. Ensuring all knowledge base areas are up to date and in line with policies and requirements of the organisation. Collaboration with agreed points of contact within corporate services to maintain the ESM. Ensuring the security levels across the ESM are functional and protects each departments data. Ability to identify risks and issues within the ESM and escalate to the appropriate person. Act as a technical expert for the ESM. Develop all required reports to ensure information sharing and gathering for the ESM. Responsible for the management and upkeep of the technical and business health of the ESM, in line with Change Grow Live’s Application Portfolio Management requirements. General Terms of Reference: Essential Criteria: ITIL V3 or V4 knowledge. Understanding of Power Bi or equivalent. Previous experience of utilising an ITSM or ESM. Strong communication skills and the abilities to work collaboratively in and across teams. Technical awareness to interact with utility scripts and gather technical details for reporting. Basic knowledge of scripting (ability to learn quickly is sufficient). Experience with requirements captures, user testing, and documentation. Education, knowledge and experience (desirable): Experience of using Hornbill as an ITSM or ESM. Experience of development and maintenance of workflows and automation within an ITSM or ESM.
