HR Shared Service Administrator | Elton | 12 month FTC | £29,000 - £33,000
As HR Shared Service Administrator, you will manage administrative tasks that span the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to leaving, as well as changes to terms and conditions and general administration.
The HR Shared Service Administrator role is pivotal in supporting employees and managers with HR queries, and maintaining employee records accurately and efficiently.
The Key Requirements
HR administration experience or equivalent
Experience using HR systems, such as SAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially excel
Experience in a fast-paced commercial HR or shared-service environment desirable
Flexible and adaptable, ability to prioritise and deal with often conflicting and unpredictable work demands with tight deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team and works proactively under own initiative
Excellent attention to detail and demonstrates awareness of impact and consequence
